To this end we will be removing support for Version other then 2011-08-01 on Feb 21, 2012.
Please upgrade to the latest WSDL before then:
http://webservices.amazon.com/AWSECommerceService/AWSECommerceService.wsdl
In an effort to minimize impact on existing clients who have not made the change, all request for earlier versions will be defaulted to the 2011-08-01 Version of the API.
To ensure the final transition is as smooth as possible, we will enable this change for the following temporary periods:
Feb 6, 2012:
US and CA - from 11 AM to 3 PM (PST).
UK,DE,FR,IT, and ES - from 6 PM to 10 PM (GMT).
JP and CN - from 3 PM to 7 PM (JST on Feb 7, 2012).
Feb 13, 2012:
US and CA - from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (PST).
UK,DE, FR,IT, and ES - from 12:00 AM to 12:59 PM (GMT).
JP and CN - from 12:00 AM to 12:59 PM (JST).
